Sleep Disorder

I would love to easily get into a deep sleep at night. Unfortunately, I struggle every night tossing back and forth until I finally get the sleep I wanted. My mind is always active even if I'm feeling tired. I get up as early as 5:00 a.m. during workdays. Could imagine that I'm up until 12 midnight? I have tried taking sleeping pills but it did not help me to get sleep right away.I tried drinking a glass of milk, but did not help also. Most of the time, I only get five hours of sleep.

I actually have a great tip for you to try; not another pill with chemicals, or an old-fashioned medicine like milk, but something that makes sense and works great on me. My tip is a good exercise almost every day. If you don't have time, take the stairs instead of an elevator; park as far as you can so you will get a good natural walk. And the most important, try to avoid caffeine intake.

Teressita, it really sad that you cannot go to sleep easily. On the contrary, I can sleep all the time, but i try to make time for everything that i have to done during the day.
You should try take WARM milk with honey or get an apple before you are going to sleep

I actually read that it's not good to eat/drink before sleeping. After drinking or eating the body is busy with digestion, it's not recommended to sleep during digestion.
